An Assistant Professor at Dublin City University’s Business School, Damien is interested in affective computing, and expert in time series modelling, and passionate about R. Damien’s PhD aimed to evaluate the UX of innovative technologies at Université Grenoble-Alpes (France). He has also collaborated with Queen’s University Belfast and Sensum Ltd (UK) to create an Emotional AI framework as well as with the Insight Centre for Data Analytics (Ireland) to analyse data from marathon runners.
