Nate is passionate about open-source software and empowering people through data literacy. Nate started transitioning into data science from biological research in the early days of the proto-tidyverse back in 2014; he has enjoyed seeing the explosive growth of the tidyverse over the last five years and is ecstatic to be part of the team educating others on the tools that have been so valuable to him.
